Design, construction and production of individual target machines
On average, our team members bring 10-20 years of professional experience in the design, programming and construction of manual, semi-automatic and automatic assembly including measuring devices, equipment and production lines.
Based on the customer's needs, we design optimal use equipment for our customer. The development process includes, the creation of a mechanical and electrical design, programming of control equipment, programming of the visual inspection system, and the construction and commissioning tasks.
Electrical design
As skilled machine builders, we rarely encounter "identical" design and building requirements. Each creation is indivually specified based on the needs of our customers. This distinction is taken into account during the electrical hardware design. Compliance with local and international safety standards is a primary consideration when drafting the design plans. The main components of the design are then selected based on user and business considerations. Following the standard of many large multi-national companies, the electrical system designers in our firm finalize the plans, strictly adhering to the EPLAN program.
Mechanical design
During mechanical design, our designers create mechanical systems that take into account the properties of materials, structural elements of machines, instrument forces and movements.
The design process also includes component design, sizing, material selection, assembly process planning, and machine performance optimization. We strive to consult with the appropriate specialist when the need arises, and we continue to communicate with the customer and all key stake-holders until the project is complete. Our mechanical designers work with the Solidworks program.
Programming
[ PLC, Camera, Robot]
Over the years, our engineers have engaged in many projects, from smaller automated systems to the construction of a production-cell served by a robot. Our programmers work with many brands of logic controllers, including: Omron, Siemens, and Allen Bradley.
Thanks to our experience in the field of machine vision and image processing, we are able to create increasingly accurate systems. Our progress in the field of automated quality control has allowed us a special oppportunity to participate in the automotive industry.
In terms of image processing software, we can adapt to Omron, Cognex and, if necessary, Keyence camera types. Our company performs with PLC programming, and three of our colleagues are skilled at programming visual inspection systems.
We also offer experience in programming Fanuc robots. When faced with complex tasks, our expertise and equipment allows us to hold the programming of the PLC, the camera and the robot in one hand. This engineering accomplishment simplifies the transfer of needs that arise during the task, since the programming of all control elements is based on the logic of one person.
3D printing
3D printing started years ago as a hobby at home with rudimentary machines and their development. Over the years we have been able to gain a lot of experience in terms of the technology and the materials used for 3D printing success. Primarily, our company uses FDM printers, which is a filament drawing technology. The polymer fiber melts through the extruder, so the model can be created layer by layer.
We are currently working with Bambulab X1C machines, which are extremely accurate, fast and can print using many industrial materials.
